What Is Jazz Dance?

Jazz dance is an energetic, rhythmic, and expressive dance style often associated with musical theatre and popular music. It emphasizes musicality, performance, and dynamic movement.

The classes also draw inspiration from contemporary dance, a style that is often more fluid, grounded, and expressive. Together, these approaches create a varied and engaging dance experience suitable for dancers of all levels.
